• Pay: $65.00 – $75.00 / hour (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct behavioral assessments ( VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS , etc.) and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate directly with families and caregivers across home and community settings.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and maintain high ethical standards under our T.A.C.T.I.C. core values.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current BCBA Certification via the BACB (Required)
• Active North Carolina State License (or eligibility)
• Reliable transportation for local client visits in the Morganton/Marion area
• Experience designing ABA programs and supervising RBTs preferred
