Radiologic Technologist Job Details
- Position: Radiologic Technologist (Travel Contract)
- Location: Asheville, NC 28801
- Setting: Hospital – Memorial Campus
- Start Date: September 22, 2025
- End Date: March 23, 2026
- Contract Duration: 26 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1800–$1840
- At least 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting
- ARRT certification required; Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer certification preferred
- Proficiency in radiology specialties such as Vascular, MRI, CT, Dexa, or Diagnostic Imaging
- Active North Carolina Radiologic Technologist license
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures per physician orders and hospital protocols
- Operate and maintain radiology equipment, including MRI, CT, Dexa, and ultrasound machines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety
- Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Deliver compassionate clinical support and care to patients throughout their imaging experience
