FIELD MANAGER

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and Vanir Project Managers across the assigned market, providing mentoring , interviewing crews, negotiating pricing, and enforcing quality, safety, and jobsite standards.
• Oversee construction projects end-to-end-from pre-construction through 100% completion-conducting site walks on all projects to ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and client requirements.
• Serve as safety coordinator, performing OSHA inspections, documenting safety meetings, and ensuring all required safety and quality forms are completed for every job.
• Coordinate daily operations including scheduling deliveries, maintaining construction schedules (Primavera or equivalent), monitoring project software, and traveling between multiple job sites to resolve issues.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders, reporting on project progress, P&L, delays, and cost overruns while maintaining profitability and on-time completion.

What We Are Looking For
Required:

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in construction project management for commercial or residential construction
• Location: Must relocate to within 45 miles of branch location before starting work (relocation assistance may be provided)
• License: Valid Driver's License (required with clean MVR for past 3 years)
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in person and via electronic devices
• Mobility: Ability to travel between multiple job sites daily

Preferred:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
• Leadership experience in a construction environment
• P&L Responsibility for multiple departments, divisions, or projects simultaneously
