Kelaca is partnering with a trusted financial services provider in Raleigh, NC, to hire an Associate System Administrator .

This is not just a helpdesk role. It is an opportunity to work alongside senior administrators to secure systems, protect data, and keep critical operations running in a highly regulated environment. You will gain broad exposure across infrastructure, endpoint security, Microsoft 365, and compliance frameworks, while developing technical depth and organizational fluency.

What You Will Do

• Support the lifecycle of enterprise systems (deployment, maintenance, retirement).

• Administer Windows servers, desktops, and Active Directory (users, groups, policies).

• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, OneDrive).

• Monitor and respond to security alerts, vulnerabilities, and compliance audits.

• Oversee endpoint security tools, certificates, backups, and disaster recovery testing.

• Provide helpdesk and AV support for internal users and events.

• Track and validate IT assets, licenses, and inventories.

• Endpoints and user accounts are deployed with minimal disruption.

• Servers, SaaS, and cloud systems are patched, backed up, and monitored consistently.

• Internal users feel supported with professionalism and empathy.

• Documentation and standards are current, actionable, and audit-ready.

What You Bring

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent education and experience.

• 3+ years of experience with:

  • Windows servers, desktops, and Active Directory.

  • Endpoint security, antivirus, and vulnerability tools.

  • Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting Windows connectivity.

  • Server-based print services.

• Familiarity with MFA, SaaS platforms, certificate management, and compliance frameworks.

• Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset.

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

• FLSA: Non-exempt
