Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the medical team.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

• Utilize data and metrics to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

• Adapt to changing healthcare environments and patient needs.

• Contribute to a positive work environment and support team members.

• Engage in performance reviews and set personal growth objectives.
