About the Job:
An exciting opportunity awaits an ambitious and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in our Charlotte office. If you re passionate about IP law especially patent and trademark litigation and are looking to elevate your legal career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this role is for you. You ll be part of a dynamic team tackling complex IP disputes for leading-edge clients, and you ll have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one. What you'll do:

• Work on all phases of intellectual property litigation, including patent and trademark cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with precision and insight.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategy.
  
  

What We re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school.
• 1 5 years of relevant experience in IP litigation.
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is preferred (or ability to waive in).
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong academic background with a demonstrated commitment to excellence.
