We are looking for an experienced Project Operations Manager to oversee critical initiatives and drive operational excellence for our team. This long-term contract position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects involving risk management, offshore resource coordination, and program implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to operate independently while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:• Lead the establishment and execution of new programs, including frameworks for risk management and operational audits.
• Oversee offshore resource integration and ensure seamless collaboration with external providers.
• Manage the migration of offshore business processes, increasing penetration and efficiency.
• Coordinate carrier audits and file reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide operational support, including IT access and system optimization.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
• Develop and implement capacity management strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure strong communication and in-office presence for project alignment.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management or project management.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong aptitude for organizational planning and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with risk management practices and operational audits.
• Experience coordinating offshore resources and external providers.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with M& A processes is a plus but not required.
