Note: The hourly rate for this position is $17 - $18 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: Monday - Saturday 40-50hrs
• Safely guide equipment operators, truck drivers, and other vehicles in tight or congested areas.
• Maintain constant communication with operators using hand signals, radios, or other approved methods.
• Monitor work zones to keep unauthorized personnel clear of equipment and hazard areas.
• Assist with setup of barricades, signage, and designated pathways for safe movement.
• Remain alert at all times to prevent accidents, property damage, or injury.
• Follow all company, site, and OSHA safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it
• Prior construction site experience preferred.
• Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition.
• Ability to communicate clearly with operators and team members.
• Must be dependable, attentive, and able to stay focused for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field required
