Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients across diverse units including trauma, ICU, and pediatrics
- Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment according to best practices and safety standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with physicians and nursing staff
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Experience in acute care settings preferred, including trauma and critical care units
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic healthcare team
