This individual will manage all aspects of Social Media, Content Creation, and Digital Marketing, while also performing Receptionist duties, analyzing data, and organizing events. This ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong multitasking skills who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage all Social Media accounts for the Automotive Repair Shop, Collision Center, and Auto Parts Store (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as well as Social Media platform for Buddy Isles Racing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and grow social media engagement and followers across platforms.

Content Creation and Digital Marketing:

  • Create and edit high-quality content for digital platforms, including photos, videos, blogs, and graphics.
  • Format all digital content specific to each social media platform.
  • Appropriately tag all digital content with relevant keywords in order to promote brand awareness.
    • Must tag all digital content as follows: Buddy Isles (Proper entity), 27850 (3-5 relevant keywords).
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Maintain and update the company website with fresh content, promotions, and updates.
  • Utilize email marketing campaigns to promote services, specials, and events.
  • Utilize text message campaigns to promote services, specials, and events.

Data Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign results.
  • Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement, including, but not limited to company car couts.
  • Oversee TechNet Promotions to ensure customers benefit from available promotions.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Greet customers and visitors, providing a welcoming experience.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and handling administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain an organized customer record database.
  • File completed repair orders in the corresponding customer folder daily.
  • Ensure each repair order is documented with communication from customers/Insurance companies for BITA and BIC.
  • Accurately complete End-of-Day responsibilities.
  • Ensure all Buddy Isles Collision payments are completed with accuracy and are properly documented.
  • Ensure all service inquiries are addressed, and respond to text messages timely and professionally.
  • Enter employee time cards on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, price checking quarterly.

Event Planning:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events for the business, such as customer appreciation days, community events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and team members to ensure successful event execution.
  • Promote events through various marketing channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Design, create, and publish flyers for events.
  • Must be present for all events including after-hour gatherings to ensure the event runs smoothly and for marketing opportunities, while expanding company relations.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Capturing internal moments to boost culture (work anniversaries, birthdays, employee gatherings, etc.)
  • Organizing monthly team lunches and team building events.


Other Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices to keep business competitive.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the business.
  • Handle all inquiries with UHAUL.
  • Assisting with signage, displaying, or cleaning up images.
