We are seeking a Business Analyst Junior/midlevel Needed to become an integral part of our team! You will analyze data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Performed GAP Analysis of business rules, business and system process flows, user administration, and requirements.

• Conducting JAD Sessions to resolve open issues, change requests so that the application meets the business requirements and deadlines.

• Interacted with the end-users of the application and setting up sessions with them to monitor their existing application usage and process flow

• Coordinated with other analyst teams, key business management and senior management in keeping abreast of key industry and regulatory developments.

• Responsible for Business, Functional, Requirements for the customization and integration of the application.

• Conducted JAD Sessions, interviewed Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and stakeholders, asking detailed functionality aspects of business process.

• Analyzed project scope, gather requirements, writes business and functional specifications, create user documentation.

• Experience working on State Healthcare projects is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or another related field

• Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Minimum Bachelors
• Candidates need to be open for relocation.
