Registered Nurse Job Details

- Assignment Type: Locum Tenens / Travel Nursing Contract
- Start Date: August 25, 2025
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shifts per Week: 5 (Monday–Friday)
- Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
- Hours per Week: 40 (36 guaranteed)
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2270 - $2570
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hospice RN or Home Health RN
- Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation systems
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at time of application
- Serve as Hospice Case Manager, delivering compassionate home health and hospice care
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality end-of-life care
- Educate patients and families on hospice care processes and provide emotional support
- Document all care activities using OASIS and HCHB systems
- Travel to patient homes within the Wilson, NC service area as required
