### The Role
We are seeking a Technology Portfolio Delivery Lead to drive the strategic planning and agile execution of annuity product launches across our digital platforms. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional who enjoys bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will play a key role in shaping our digital transformation efforts, ensuring seamless product rollouts, and fostering an agile delivery mindset.

### What You'll Do
#### Strategic Leadership & Delivery
- Own and oversee the end-to-end delivery roadmap for annuity products and compliance updates across our digital ecosystem.
- Lead program-level planning while facilitating agile ceremonies and sprint execution.
- Champion agile methodologies, coaching teams in best practices while maintaining program-level governance.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure delivery effectiveness and team health.

#### Product Launch & Compliance Implementation
- Coordinate the successful launch of annuity products by aligning business needs, technical capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with compliance teams to translate regulatory guidelines into actionable technical solutions.
- Drive sprint planning and backlog refinement to ensure clear acceptance criteria and well-defined project scopes.
- Continuously improve processes through retrospectives and agile best practices.

#### Stakeholder & Team Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.
- Proactively remove obstacles and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead daily stand-ups and provide clear communication on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

### What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in program management and agile delivery leadership.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of both traditional program management and agile methodologies.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with financial services technology delivery preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD practices.
- Experience managing digital product launches and integration projects.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to coach teams and drive organizational change.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical initiatives in regulated environments.
