Lead Instructor - Remote | WFH

As a Lead Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by delivering high-quality instruction that prepares them for successful careers in Information Technology. You will be a source of motivation and support for students, ensuring they are fully prepared to tackle their certification exams and excel in their IT careers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Teach & Inspire: Lead two cohorts of students using proven academic methodologies, providing clear instruction that ensures student understanding, knowledge retention, and engagement.
Motivate & Guide: Be a cheerleader for your students, creating a positive and supportive classroom environment that boosts their confidence and encourages them to succeed.
Mentor & Lead: Guide and mentor instructors, helping them improve their teaching techniques and support struggling students, both in and out of the classroom.
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that prepare students to pass certification exams. Establish clear learning objectives and make sure students stay on track with the syllabus.
Ongoing Support: Maintain regular communication with students, offering encouragement and feedback to keep them motivated and committed to their studies.
Professional Growth: Pursue professional development to stay current with industry trends and bring fresh insights and teaching methods to your classroom.
Collaborate: Work closely with your team to improve curriculum, share ideas, and help implement new teaching strategies and materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of practical IT experience within the last 10 years is preferred.
Teaching Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in classroom and/or online instruction is preferred. However, we'll consider a combination of relevant technical training experience and work experience.
