Shift Supervisor - Plastic Extrusion
Plastics Mfg. Company has opening for Shift Supervisor of Plastics Extrusion. Company prefers a leader capable of training shift operators and able to troubleshoot the extruders as needed. Any experience with coaters and laminators is a plus. Must be performance oriented, quality process minded and good interpersonal skills for leading.
Position reports to the Plant Production Manager.
Non-Exempt position and is eligible for overtime and discretionary bonus.
Regular hours are Monday to Friday 9 hours includes report time. Some non-routine Saturdays, as and if needed.
