Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Coordinate the ToGo food business and provide excellent customer service.
- Order Management: Take accurate orders by telephone or in person, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Food Organization: Organize food orders efficiently and deliver them to guests in a timely manner.
- Process Adherence: Follow all processes and procedures to accommodate ToGo orders for customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
