Kirk NationaLease is hiring experienced Diesel Mechanics to join our full-service diesel shop in LAURINBURG NC. We are looking for skilled truck and trailer mechanics who take pride in their work and wants to make an impact with a company who values and invests in its people. Your Role:
As a Trailer Mechanic you will be the driving force behind keeping our customers equipment running at peak performance.
You will be responsible for:
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and light to moderate diesel repairs
- Diagnosing and repairing issues in brakes clutches wheel seals and other vehicle systems
- Conducting DOT inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Keeping a clean and safe work environment while following company procedures

What We Are Looking For:
- At least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience
- At least 1 year of trailer repair experiencepreferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Personal tools required
- Knowledge of diesel systems with the ability to read technical diagrams
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
