Operations Finance Manager
- This is a hybrid role based in Burlington NC, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home***
- Ensure accuracy of standard product costing and manage the annual standard cost revision process
- Analyze cost changes and provide underlying drivers to management
- Provide cost-benefit analysis for new and developmental products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support the annual business planning process, including responsibility of purchasing, inventory, and operations budgets
- Develop and maintain COGS reporting in Power BI, with a focus on purchases, operating expenses, and inventory
- Summarize monthly inventories, including purchase price variances
- Support month-end close activities and perform ad hoc analysis, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, product development, engineering, or cost accounting/finance
- Strong understanding of product cost accounting and related financial concepts
- Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Advanced analytical skills with experience handling large data sets
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
