Shipping Clerk

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team! In this role, you’ll help ensure our products are shipped accurately and on time to customers across the U.S. and around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments , including packing slips, labels, invoices, and customs documentation.

• Verify orders before shipment to ensure accuracy, correct serial numbers, and proper documentation .

• Coordinate with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries.

• Select the appropriate packaging based on the size and type of items being shipped.

• Monitor outbound orders to ensure items are picked correctly and ready for shipment .

• Ensure international shipments meet export and customs regulations .

• Maintain accurate inventory records and process shipments in the ERP system.

• Keep the shipping area clean, safe, and organized .

• Maintain adequate supplies of shipping materials such as boxes, packing paper, and labels.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience , preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Experience with domestic and international shipping processes and documentation.

• Familiarity with shipping systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) .

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills .

• Ability to work well with multiple teams across the organization .
