We are looking for a Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a tow truck, responding to customer calls, and providing roadside assistance. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to lift heavy objects. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and experience driving a tow truck.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck in a safe and efficient manner.
- Secure vehicles to the tow truck using appropriate equipment.
- Provide customer service by answering questions and providing assistance.
- Inspect vehicles to determine the most appropriate method of towing.
- Follow all safety protocols when loading and unloading vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Two years experience in towing or other related fields
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to pass drug test
- Clean criminal background
