We're seeking a driven Cold Caller to connect with real estate agents and build relationships that generate off-market investment opportunities. You'll make 100+ daily calls, qualify leads, and directly impact our deal pipeline by creating a network of agent partnerships.

Required Skills:

*Proven cold calling experience with measurable lead generation results

*Sales or sales support background

*CRM experience and database management skills

* Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) with minimal accent

* Strong time management with ability to handle 100+ daily calls

* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills:

* Real estate cold calling or inside sales experience

* Real estate industry knowledge or virtual assistance background

* GoHighLevel CRM experience

* Outbound sales or telemarketing background

* Persuasive communication and negotiation abilities

Technical Requirements: You must have a reliable phone, computer (8GB+ RAM), stable internet (30+ Mbps), and a quiet workspace with quality audio. You'll work 8-hour shifts during U.S. business hours and need comfort with CRM systems (GoHighLevel), dialer software, and collaboration tools (Trello, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack).
