Production Supervisor

Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a well-established manufacturing organization. The Supervisor plays a key role in driving daily operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring supervisory experience within a manufacturing or assembly setting and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate schedules, monitor workflow, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience in production systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily production activities, ensuring schedules and output targets are achieved
• Supervise, coach, and develop production staff to improve performance, engagement, and teamwork
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture focused on workplace safety and compliance
• Monitor product quality and partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate production data, including labor utilization, material usage, and operational metrics

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow coordination, and shop floor operations
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, production documentation, and operational data
• Proficient communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools preferred
