Position Overview

The Remote Administrative Support Specialist plays a key role in keeping our daily operations organized, efficient, and mission-ready. This role involves providing administrative and logistical support to multiple departments while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a dependable and self-motivated individual who thrives in structured, task-oriented environments. If you have a background in military operations, logistics, or administrative duties, your experience will translate seamlessly into this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and project teams in a remote setting.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual team communications.

  • Prepare, edit, and organize reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Maintain and update databases and records with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Track project milestones, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining internal documentation.

  • Support company initiatives and ensure alignment with GreenTown’s sustainability mission.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative support, operations, or logistics.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Military experience or a background in a structured, operations-based environment.

  • Experience managing schedules, reports, and data tracking systems.

  • Familiarity with sustainability or interest in environmentally responsible industries.
