Now Hiring: Community Support Specialist (Direct Support Professional)

Starting Pay: $18.03/hour + $1,250$1,500 Sign-On Bonus (eligible shifts)

We haveimmediate openings for Community Support Specialists in the Raleigh Region and surrounding counties (Person, Granville, Vance, Orange, Durham, Chatham, Lee, Wake, Johnston, Wilson, Nash, Edgecombe, Franklin, Warren, Halifax, Northampton counties).

As part of our Direct Support Team, you are more than a caregiver you are amentor, advocate, teacher, and champion of independence.

You will:

• Support individuals in daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, personal care, transportation)
• Provide supervision that ensures health, safety, and accountability
• Teach life skills that promote self-sufficiency and confidence
• Encourage participation in community activities and social engagement
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and explore their interests
• Communicate with families and team members in a supportive, professional manner
• Work under the guidance of a Program Manager while taking ownership of meaningful daily interactions

Full-Time Status at 30 Hours Per Week
