Allegiance Staffing is currently seeking:
Position: Quality Control
Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $14
Location: Goldsboro, NC
Summary:
Performs quality control inspections and measurements on production parts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Operate inspection tools and gauges to measure gaskets.
- Read and interpret part drawings.
- Conduct in-process inspections and record measurements.
- Support the QA team as needed.
- Move inspected products to WIP and keep lines labeled and organized.
- Follow non-conformance (NC) and ROQA procedures.
- Enter inspection results into IQMS.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience & Skills:
- Familiarity with ISO/IATF quality systems.
- Able to use standard measuring equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Works well with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand, sit, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
- May lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.
