AJO Developer
AJO Developer
The AJO Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing customer journeys using Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO) across multiple channels. This role involves integrating data from various systems, implementing personalized experiences, and ensuring seamless communication through email, SMS, push notifications, and more. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted, data-driven customer interactions and continuously improve journey performance through testing and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Journey Design & Orchestration : Create and manage customer journeys with defined entry, decision, and exit points.
- Data Integration : Connect and manage data from CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms within Adobe Experience Platform.
- Channel Integration : Configure and personalize messaging across email, SMS, push, and web channels.
- Testing & Optimization : Validate journey performance and apply data-driven improvements.
- Technical Implementation : Develop custom integrations using APIs/webhooks and troubleshoot journey execution issues.
Required Skills:
- Adobe Experience Cloud : Proficiency in AJO, AEP, and Adobe Campaign (ACV8).
- Journey Mapping & Data Modeling : Ability to visualize customer touchpoints and structure data for personalization.
- Integration Expertise : Experience connecting AJO with external systems and platforms.
- Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of Springboot, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, SDKs, and basic networking.
- UX & Personalization : Understanding of user experience principles and personalization strategies.
- Analytics & Optimization : Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools to analyze and refine customer journeys.
