SHIPPING & WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

The Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the daily receiving, shipping, and organization of materials and finished products, as well as assets staging for Xtreme!s rigorous event schedule. This role plays a key part in keeping production moving by ensuring orders are accurate, inventory is maintained, and shipments go out on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while coordinating with internal teams and shipping partners. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt quickly, work independently, self motivated, and a commitment to representing Xtreme! Marketing with professionalism and accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and ship daily orders using UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or local delivery
• Schedule carrier pickups and prepare shipping paperwork including packing slips and Bills of Lading (BOL)
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products
• Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies
• Maintain inventory, and warehouse areas
• Load and unload deliveries and shipments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
• Track shipping details, freight costs, and related paperwork
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Event Team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Experience with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, WorldShip, or similar)
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Forklift experience or certification
• Ability to haul a trailer

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 100 lbs)`
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
