Data Analyst

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $40 - $45 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for data use cases.
• Design and architect scalable data models and data element relationships with a strong emphasis on usability, performance, and data accuracy.
• Identify and write requirements for data source integrity monitoring.
• Support database enhancement requests and contribute to logical data design solutions.
• Participate in data management documentation including data lineage, data sharing agreements, and other metadata management.
• Evaluate upstream system of record changes for potential data impact and provide recommendations.
• Translate business needs into actionable data requirements and technical specifications.
• Partner with technology and data governance groups to ensure alignment with the team’s and enterprise data standards.
