Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems within our facility. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various equipment, providing essential support to our operations team.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks including swapping sensors and fixing wiring.
• Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
• Assist with facilities-related tasks such as changing light bulbs.
• Troubleshoot issues with hydraulic pistons.
• Repair CNC machines and robotic arms.
• Work with 24 Volt low voltage systems and swap out motors.
• Ensure electricity is running correctly and check resistance.
• Code as needed to resolve issues.
• Operate and maintain milling equipment, hydraulic presses, lathes, and punch presses.

• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to conduct preventive maintenance.
• Experience in repair and maintenance of CNC machines and robotic arms.
• Knowledge of operating 24 Volt low voltage systems.

• Must have prior maintenance experience of over 7 years.

This is a Permanent position based out of Monroe, NC.

The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $76000.00/yr.
