Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 10.5 hours Experience: 2+ years License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Experience in a progressive care unit or similar environment. - Strong clinical assessment skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Description: This position is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Collaboration with other healthcare team members is essential for optimal patient outcomes. The registered nurse will administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Education of patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care is crucial. The candidate must adhere to all facility policies and procedures. Tobacco use is prohibited on campus properties. Proper scrubs should be worn as outlined in facility requirements. Kronos instructions for clocking in and out will be provided.
