We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team in Winston-Salem. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial skills, keen analytical abilities, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights to support business decisions.

What You'll Do:
Analyze financial data and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions
Monitor budgeting processes and track financial performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and variances
Assist in the preparation of forecasts and financial models
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or analytics roles
✅ Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication skills for presenting findings clearly
✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
