Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering and industry experience and superb writing and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering or computer science. JD (for attorneys) and admission to the USPTO required. Preferred experience:
i. patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software-related technologies; and/or
ii. data science/ AI, or networking technologies, especially network security is encouraged; and/or
iii. machine learning/artificial intelligence (in addition to data science) and hardware security. SUMMARY
