We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong expertise in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and troubleshooting to join our team. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also has a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills that contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and hydraulic systems
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and optimize equipment performance
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently and accurately
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout protocols
Work closely with production teams and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in industrial maintenance with mechanical and hydraulic systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and perform precise adjustments
Positive personality with strong teamwork and communication skills
Requirements:
Must pass a background check and drug test
Lift certification required
Knowledge and compliance with Lockout/Tagout procedures
OSHA 10 certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
