- $8,500 sign-on bonus for full-time and $4,500 sign-on bonus for part-time. (1st & 2nd Shift)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $5,500 sign-on bonus for part-time (3rd shift)

Schedule Availability: every other weekend and every other holiday required
- 1st Shift Full & Part-Time
- 2nd Shift Part-Time

Core Responsibilities Include:
- Administer medications and assist with wound care
- Assist with obtaining and processing orders
- Assessments
- Check vital signs
- Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement and assess a comprehensive plan of care
- Provide encouragement, emotional support, and communication for residents and their loved ones
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team
- Assist with resident care needs
- Provide appropriate documentation
Position Requirements:
- Active LPN License
- CPR Certified

- Employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption
