About the Position: We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Project Architect to lead architectural design and documentation in our Raleigh office. Design & Documentation: Create scale drawings and comprehensive contracts for construction; develop project layouts and integrated engineering solutions for client approval. Technical Oversight: Manage junior designers’ drawings and specifications; establish and monitor discipline-specific programs to ensure technical accuracy and project momentum. Construction Administration: Oversee construction contracts on-site to ensure plan compliance and design intent are met during the building phase. Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Work closely with internal engineering teams and external consultants; maintain project momentum through detailed meeting minutes and team updates. Mentorship: Provide feedback and assistance to junior staff to support their skill and career development. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 10 years in the A/E industry, with at least 6 years as a licensed professional. Specific experience in healthcare projects is required. Licensure: State Architectural License and NCARB Certification are required. Education: Five-year Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Professional Presence: Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary stakeholders. Benefits & Perks Vacation: Up to five weeks of vacation (depending on experience). Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision with company assistance; free short- and long-term disability and life insurance. Financial: Company-matched 401(k), HSA/FSA options, and professional license bonuses. Wellness: 8 paid holidays, a "Birthday Floating Holiday," and an Employee Assistance Program.
