Role overview
- Fully remote sales role focused on advising families on life insurance and retirement solutions.
- Flexible schedule that accommodates Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves, Temporary Duty (TDY), and deployments.
- Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and marketing support provided; no prior insurance experience required.
Key responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients to assess insurance needs and present appropriate coverage options via phone, video, or in-person meetings if desired.
- Build and maintain trust-based client relationships through clear, empathetic communication and professional service.
- Manage client records and follow up to ensure continuity of service and long-term relationship building.
- Participate in regular training and team meetings to maintain product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with agency leadership on outreach and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Military spouses, partners, and family members are encouraged to apply
- Current state life and health insurance license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain required licensing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and professionalism in client interactions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a remote schedule and business activities independently.
- Comfort with basic technology, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and standard office software (training provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent, valid U.S. driver’s license, '
