Why Work Here?

Employees join a modern, high-speed beverage co-packing facility that offers comprehensive packaging services and operates with a strong focus on quality, transparency, and operational excellence. The operation provides access to advanced manufacturing and information systems, supporting professional growth in a technically sophisticated environment. Team members benefit from a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, and employer-paid life insurance after a short waiting period. The organization also supports long-term financial well-being through a 401(k) plan with a generous matching structure, creating a strong foundation for both career development and financial security. The culture emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with practical measures in place to support employee comfort and well-being on the production floor.

Work Environment

The role is based in a high-speed beverage co-packing facility that has been in operation since 2020, offering a clean and modern production environment with newer equipment and infrastructure. The facility is non-climate controlled, meaning it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, with equipment and beverage production contributing to higher temperatures during warmer months. Fans are placed throughout the facility to help circulate air, and the operation provides cooling rags and hydration pops to help employees stay cool and hydrated in the summer. The work involves significant time on the production floor around high-speed filling and packaging machinery, as well as some periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for documentation and planning. Personal protective equipment is required, including steel-toed boots, ear plugs, and safety glasses. The environment emphasizes safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and cleanliness, with clear expectations for housekeeping in work areas, maintenance shops, and parts storage locations.
