Director of Nursing

We’re looking for an Executive Director who knows how to run a building, drive census, lead people, and own outcomes. This is a high-visibility role with the autonomy to operate and the backing of a well-resourced organization.
What You’ll Own
- Full operational leadership of the Assisted Living community
- Census development and sustained occupancy growth
- Financial performance, budgeting, and expense control
- Team development across clinical, sales, dining, and operations
- Culture building—accountability, engagement, and retention
- Resident and family satisfaction
- Compliance with all state regulations and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading an Assisted Living or Senior Living community
- Strong understanding of census development, referral pipelines, and community outreach
- Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and owning results
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field)
Note: This is a non-licensed Executive Director role —LNHA not required.
