- Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during service calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventative measures on equipment.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in mobile service or heavy equipment repair.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Provide own tools
