Bindery and Final Pack Specialist — Commercial Print
Ready to Turn Press Runs into Shippable Perfection?
Are you energized by transforming stacks of printed material into precise, packaged orders? In our high-volume print and packaging operation, you’ll own the last mile — cutting to size, wrapping accurately, and preparing goods to meet exact customer specs.
Your Impact
On Monday, you might dial in a cutter and confirm alignment down to the millimeter. By Thursday, you’re running an automated wrapper, loading materials, and verifying seals. When needed, you’ll shift to finishing — counting, sorting, bundling, labeling, assembling kits, and palletizing to ship-ready condition.
Compensation & Shift Pattern
- Hourly rate: $15–$17, depending on shift, location, and experience
- 12-hour rotating shifts; plan to work every other weekend
Core Responsibilities
- Material Cutting & Processing: Operate/assist with cutting equipment, monitor performance, and inspect output for accuracy, alignment, and defects
- Wrapping & Packaging Operations: Run/support automated wrapping machines, maintain flow, and ensure correct packaging in a clean, safe work area
- Finishing & Final Packing: Bundle products, apply labels, assemble kits, perform quality checks, palletize, and verify orders meet specifications
Qualifications
- Preferred: experience in print production, manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse roles
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for a full 12-hour shift
- Comfortable with repetitive work, high accuracy, and a fast tempo
- Available every other weekend due to the rotation
- Dependable attendance and transportation
