Reliability Maintenance Technician – CNC and Thermal Equipment

You will tackle

• Planned maintenance on facilities and equipment using standardized work.
• Building out new PM procedures where none exist.
• Accurate documentation of PM tasks, findings, and follow ups.
• Inventory control and organization of PM parts and supplies.
• Hands on troubleshooting with support from the Maintenance Lead on complex issues.
• Decisions on repair versus replacement, identifying tools, parts, and external resources needed, then communicating timelines clearly.
• Repairs within your scope of expertise.
• Ownership from diagnosis through verification of fix, including root cause work and countermeasures to reduce repeat failures.
• Coordination of contractor activities on site to align with safety and quality standards.
• Collaboration with Maintenance Lead and Purchasing to complete repair purchases efficiently.
• Continuous improvement actions tied to equipment reliability and process effectiveness.
• Active support for Rapid Improvement Events RIEs, 5S, and similar lean efforts.
• Care and upkeep of material handling equipment that keeps product moving.

You bring

• 2 or more years in facilities maintenance with strengths in troubleshooting, PMs, electrical repair, general maintenance, and facility repair know how.
• Training or certification in maintenance or electrical disciplines preferred.
• Hands on exposure to CNC maintenance preferred.
• Experience with autoclaves and gas or electric ovens preferred.
• Mechanical proficiency, sound diagnostic skills, and strong communication.
• Ability to perform manual tasks, lift up to 70 pounds on occasion, and work in a variety of environments.
