Salary: $70,000–$85,000 plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Fit, program, dispense, and repair hearing aids and earmolds.
• Educate patients and families on hearing health and device care.
• Perform detailed ear exams and take accurate impressions.
• Maintain detailed electronic patient records.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to exceed patient care goals.

What You Bring:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology.
• Minimum 1 year fitting and dispensing hearing products.
• Expertise in hearing aid technology, diagnostic assessments, CounselEAR EMR.
• Passionate about helping patients hear better with excellent communication skills.
