Rollback / Tow Truck Driver – Growth Opportunity Inside a Diesel Repair Shop!

Are you an experienced rollback or tow truck driver looking for more than just another driving job ? We’re looking for a motivated, reliable driver who wants to take ownership of this new position — with the potential to build and manage a growing towing operation within our busy diesel repair shop.

SMR Diesel is a trusted diesel repair and service shop that’s been keeping trucks and equipment running strong for 10+ years. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding into towing and transport services — and we’re looking for the right person to help us make it happen.

As our Rollback / Tow Truck Driver , you’ll:

• Operate a rollback truck to tow or transport light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles.

• Perform safe and efficient loading/unloading.

• Handle service calls with professionalism and care.

• Maintain accurate paperwork and basic truck maintenance.

• Help develop and grow the towing side of our business — from daily operations to customer relationships.

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, but not required).

• Clean driving record and dependable work ethic.

• Experience operating rollback or tow trucks.

• Customer service mindset and strong communication skills.

• Leadership qualities — ambition to grow into a management or dispatch role as the tow division expands.
