We are looking for hardworking, dedicated applicants to use our high-tech machines to assist in the manufacturing of rubber tread and to inspect the product for the top-quality brand we strive for. Shifts: All shifts.

Employment Types: Full time.

Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.00 / hour.

Duties:

• Work with, and around, moving mechanical parts throughout the facility
• Load and unload the assigned machines
• Lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, and sometimes crouch

Position Requirements:

• We need employees who can work a seven-day rotating schedule, including some weekends, as well as work a 12-hour shift.
• This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where noise levels can vary, and it can become very loud.

Requirements:

• Background check

• Stand for shift duration
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• No education requirement
