Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (must be responsive to calls, emails, texts, and website submissions after hours, including weekends)

About the Role
Anuvia is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Outreach Specialist to join our client engagement and community relations team. In this critical role, you will connect individuals with behavioral health services by conducting outreach, building trusted relationships, and helping clients overcome barriers to care. You’ll work directly with individuals who may have not completed treatment, did not follow up after assessments, or submitted interest via our website.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact on community health while working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to individuals who have disengaged from treatment or expressed interest in services.
Build relationships with clients, families, and referral sources to support re-engagement in care.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal program staff, resolving barriers to participation.
Collaborate with leadership to design and enhance outreach and engagement strategies.
Use data to identify service gaps, client trends, and opportunities for program improvement.
Create and present reports and dashboards to guide strategic decision-making.
Adapt outreach strategies to meet the needs of diverse populations and communities.
Exercise independent judgment to prioritize client needs and recommend next steps.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Human Services, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: Experience in outreach, client engagement, or behavioral health services.
Demonstrated success building relationships with diverse populations and community stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with behavioral health systems, treatment modalities, and local community resources preferred.
Licensure: Valid NC or SC Driver’s License required.

Work Environment & Schedule
This position is primarily weekday-based, but requires flexibility and responsiveness outside of regular hours, including weekends. This role is not supervisory but plays a vital part in the success of our client engagement efforts.
