Key Responsibilities
- Menu Planning: Develop and execute innovative menu items that reflect our Italian heritage.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels and ensure fresh ingredients are always available.
- Food Preparation: Oversee food preparation to ensure quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
