Sampson Regional Medical Center , an independent community hospital, is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a growing hospital-owned practice. This opportunity offers the ability to practice broad-based general urology while enjoying autonomy, strong referral support, and a lifestyle-friendly schedule in a welcoming community setting.

This role is ideal for physicians interested in building a practice, shaping service line growth, and working closely with accessible leadership in an independent hospital environment.

• Shared call rotation (1:4)

• Flexible OR scheduling based on volume and case mix

• Hospital-employed solo practice in newly remodeled clinic adjacent to hospital

• Supported by dedicated nursing and administrative staff; potential to add APP support as practice grows

• Established regional referral pipeline from hospital-employed primary care network

• Broad general urology: stone disease, tumors, incontinence, infections, prostate conditions

• Opportunity to develop clinical interests and influence service line growth

• Advanced imaging and full procedural support

• Robotic surgery not currently available , ideal for physicians comfortable in a strong non-robotic surgical environment

• MD or DO

• BC/BE in Urology

• Eligible for NC medical licensure

• Visa sponsorship not available
