Base Salary: $40,000 Total Earning Potential: $80,000 Commission: Uncapped

Manpower is assisting a well-known financial institution with hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to grow residential mortgage production through outside sales and referral-based relationships. This is a hybrid role ideal for a motivated professional who brings an existing book of business and wants unlimited earning potential. This position offers a strong base salary, uncapped commission, and the flexibility to manage your own pipeline while continuing to grow your network.

What You'll Do

• Leverage an established book of business to drive mortgage volume

• Build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, and financial partners

• Originate residential mortgage loans including conventional, FHA, and VA

• Consult with borrowers to recommend appropriate loan products

• Collect and review financial documentation and credit information

• Manage loans from application through closing

• Attend networking and community events as needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer / Loan Originator

• Proven success in outside sales or referral-based lending

• Existing book of business preferred

• Knowledge of residential mortgage products and guidelines

• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
