ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017, and today Im fortunate to lead a team of five. Ive been with State Farm since 2010, working in corporate, in leadership roles, and as an aspirant before opening my own agency. Im a college graduate, married with two wonderful kids, and our family includes a horse and two dogs who keep life interesting.

Community involvement is important to me. I support organizations such as the Wake County Nurse Family Partnership, Communities in Schools, and the New Location Racehorse Adoption Program.

Team members enjoy several perks, including a closed lunch hour each day, early closures at 3 p.m. on Fridays, a Simple IRA, and health benefits. Our office has a calming, home-like atmospherefeaturing artwork from a local female artist, a fully stocked fridge, free snacks and coffee, monthly team lunches, planned breakfast gatherings, and regular team-building events. During the holidays, we participate in Angel Gifts for Children to give back to families in need.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Morgan Hedderich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
