Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind high-quality, individualized care for children and their families. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model—completing administrative and telehealth duties remotely while traveling as needed to conduct in-person assessments, provide hands-on supervision, and support our clients in their natural environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & Treatment Planning
Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
Develop, implement, and monitor highly individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
Analyze client data regularly to evaluate progress and make evidence-based modifications to treatment plans.
Supervision & Mentorship
Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians (e.g., RBTs, ABATs) in compliance with BACB or QABA board requirements.
Travel to client homes, schools, or community settings to conduct overlap sessions, ensuring high-fidelity implementation of treatment plans.
Mentor clinical staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Family & Caregiver Support
Design and lead parent/caregiver training sessions to promote the generalization and maintenance of skills outside of therapy hours.
Maintain open, compassionate, and consistent communication with families regarding client progress, challenges, and goals.
Collaborate with other service providers (e.g., Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Educators) to ensure a cohesive approach to the child's development.
Documentation & Compliance
Complete session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates efficiently and within required deadlines.
Ensure all clinical practices and documentation adhere to the ethical guidelines established by the BACB or QABA, as well as state and federal regulations.
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Certification: Active and in good standing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA).
Licensure: Active state license as a Behavior Analyst (LBA), if required by your state of practice.
Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in clinical data collection software.
Travel: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the willingness to travel locally/regionally up to [Insert Percentage]% of the time.
